Do you want to work with your hands and still get a diploma? Then come learn and work at Brinkies in Barneveld or Nijverdal. We are a recognized training company and have a spot for you in our beautiful production halls as a machine operator, assembler, or welder. You can also be trained with us as a logistics employee, crane operator, or service technician!

Fresh out of school and not excited about sitting in a classroom five days a week? Want to earn money while going to school just one or two days a week? Then start a program at Brink Staalbouw!
Together with partner schools, we offer programs from level 1 to 4. This way, you can learn on the job, earn your diploma, and make good money on the side.
BBL program
A BBL-opleiding (Beroeps Begeleidende Leerweg) is a combination of working and learning, similar to a paid apprenticeship or work-study program in the U.S.
In BBL, you go to school one or two days a week and work three or four days a week at a company or organization. You gain your practical experience on the job, where you receive close supervision. The theory and additional support you get at school.
BOL program
A BOL-opleiding (Beroeps Opleidende Leerweg) means you’re in school five days a week, where you focus mainly on theory, comparable to a full-time vocational or community college program with internships.
You gain practical experience through internships. A great combination of studying and hands-on training!

Every Saturday, we make sure the workshop at Brink Staalbouw is completely cleaned. The machines are carefully cleaned and the hall is swept. That’s how we keep our workplace clean and safe together!

More interested in technology?
Would you rather learn how to weld or assemble steel structures on Saturday mornings? That’s possible with us too! A great opportunity to pick up new skills in steel construction.

BTO Barneveld
Grab your chance and sign up as a talent at Barneveldse Techniek Opleiding (BTO)! We are one of the partner companies in this hands-on MBO vocational training program (similar to community-college–level technical training). You can find more information at www.btobarneveld.nl.
At BTO, you earn a salary from day one, learn a valuable trade, and start working toward a stable job right away.
You can train, among other things, to become an (all-round) construction metalworker at level 2 or 3.
Do you prefer working in construction?
Become a steel erector (ironworker) and join us on exciting steel projects all across the Netherlands. You’ll work in a team on projects like large distribution centers or parking garages! Check out our latest vacatures!
