An office building should look good and perform well. Brink Steel Group builds steel structures for modern offices, from high-rise buildings in the city to smart, sustainable workspaces. Lots of space, few columns

Our structures are strong yet light, allowing for freedom in design with large open spaces and few columns. We create everything digitally in 3D BIM, tailored to installations, floor systems, and facades. We also consider sustainability requirements such as BREEAM or WELL, building healthy and future-proof structures.

Roof extensions: extra meters in the same location

Need more space but no room for new construction? Then a roof extension is a smart solution. Brink Steel Group adds extra floors on top of existing offices. We assess the existing structure, calculate the additional load, and design a light steel structure that fits. Where possible, we combine this with stamp-free construction so that users can continue to use the building as much as possible during the work. For example, we added extra layers to an existing office building at ABN AMRO.

Stamp-free construction

In many projects, we build without the need for temporary supports: the steel structure is designed so that floors can be installed directly. This saves time, prevents inconvenience, and makes construction more efficient.

Smart planning, safe construction

Planning is often tight in office construction, especially in cities with limited space. We handle the entire process ourselves: from design and production to on-site assembly. Our own teams work safely and quickly, causing as little disruption to the surroundings as possible.
