Primark Roosendaal

For the Primark distribution center in Roosendaal, we supplied the complete steel structure. From this logistics hub, Primark stores in the Benelux and part of Northern and Southwestern Europe are supplied. It is a large-scale warehouse with high racking, long spans, and many logistics functions under one roof.

We supplied and erected approximately 3,800 tons of steel, fully powder-coated. The coating protects the steel and provides a calm, uniform appearance in the interior. The steel structure is coordinated with the logistics systems, such as racking, conveyors, and loading docks, so that the spaces can be laid out efficiently.

The construction had a very short lead time. That’s why we worked on the steel structure with six erection crews at the same time. This allowed us to build at a very high pace, without compromising on safety or quality. The combination of a detailed erection plan, tightly managed just-in-time steel deliveries, and experienced erection teams ensured that the shell of the building was completed exactly on time for the next construction phases.
