Parkeergarage Driebergen - Zeist
Brink Steel Group supplied the steel structure for the P+R parking garage at Driebergen–Zeist station. The multi-level garage provides space for approximately 600 cars and is part of the redevelopment of the station area. The building is designed as an energy-neutral parking facility and, with its rounded shape, fits well into the green surroundings.
The garage has a compact, five-level layout with a logical route for both vehicles and pedestrians. Wooden slats and green façades provide plenty of daylight, natural ventilation, and a friendly appearance from the station and surrounding roads. Inside, users experience a clear, safe parking facility with short walking distances to the platforms.
We coordinated the steel structure with the systems for energy generation and savings, such as LED lighting and an intelligent parking guidance system. Solar panels on the roof generate enough power to enable the garage to operate energy-neutral on an annual basis.
