Green Mountain Logistics Park
For Green Mountain Logistics Park near Schiphol, we supplied the steel structures for a modern logistics campus in multiple phases. The park is located just outside Amsterdam, right next to Schiphol Airport and the A4. Here, international logistics companies combine storage, cross-docking, and distribution in one location with a total of approximately 100,000 m² of logistics space spread across four warehouses.
We provided the steel structures for the various halls, mezzanines, and office sections. The combination of long spans, high-bay warehousing, and efficiently placed columns creates flexible warehouse space with plenty of freedom in layout. Loading docks, shipping areas, offices, and parking facilities are fully integrated into the design so that logistics processes across the site can run as smoothly as possible.
The logistics park was developed by Borghese Logistics with a strong focus on sustainability. The buildings are designed in accordance with the BREEAM methodology and achieve at least a BREEAM Very Good rating. This means they meet modern standards for energy performance, comfort, and long-term adaptability.
Construction took place in multiple phases between 2017 and 2021. Together with Pleijsier Bouwgroep and other partners, we ensured efficient construction logistics at this busy location near Schiphol. Steel structures were delivered largely as prefabricated elements and erected just-in-time. This allowed us to build quickly and safely, with minimal disruption to the surrounding area and airport operations.
