Danone Hoofddorp
Directly next to the Asics headquarters, Brink Steel Group completed the steel structure for Danone’s new state-of-the-art office building in Hoofddorp. The project includes approximately 9,000 m² of office space and a two-level parking garage of 7,200 m² with capacity for 180 cars. In total, we integrated around 750 metric tons of steel into the structure.
The building is designed around a large, light-filled atrium on the garden side. Its centerpiece is a twenty-meter-high green wall, fully planted and extending several floors. This living feature brings daylight, fresh air, and nature deep into the interior and contributes significantly to a healthy indoor environment.
We worked with high ambitions for well-being and sustainability. Modern building systems, high-quality materials, and smart solutions for energy, lighting, and comfort formed the foundation of the design. The result is a building that achieved both WELL certification and LEED Gold certification, international recognitions for buildings that excel in health, sustainability, and user comfort.
With this project, we contributed to a modern and future-proof work environment in the dynamic business hub of Hoofddorp.
